Day 3 at FFIN DANCE

Today was a very full and busy day. I arrived at the office at 2pm and began by editing my short clip. It shows Combination Dance, my community class, in a very good light. It was a fun and exciting experience to be able to edit the film.  Secondly I created an evaluation sheet for the company to use in their faktry classes. This was really fun and I’m honoured that the company will use them in the future to evaluate the productivity of the classes they teach in the community programmes.

I then created a small music track on Garage Band. I “mashed up” the song “Price Tag” by Jessie J and the song “Bop to the Top” by the cast of High School Musical.

This was amazing, and I wish to be able to do it again. Although I scrapped many copies, deleted songs and started over at least 5 times it was a very cool thing to be able to do as I created a final track to rival the best. 😀

I ended the day by being able to teach my Swing Phrase to the community class I attend -Combination- and got the opportunity to show the other dancers the final version of the short film I created. I can’t believe that the week is already over half over. I will update the blog tomorrow on what Thursday brings.
